Victoria Plasencia to Receive the XI Interior Design Merit Award at Expo Mueble Internacional Summer 2025

As part of Expo Mueble Internacional Summer 2025, we are honored to announce that renowned Guadalajara-based interior designer Victoria Plasencia will be awarded the XI Interior Design Merit Award. This recognition celebrates Mexican designers who, through their talent and vision, have contributed to the evolution of spaces and strengthened the furniture industry in our country.

Founder of the firm VP Interiorismo, Victoria has established herself as one of the most influential voices in Mexican interior design, with residential and commercial projects both in Guadalajara and internationally. Her career is distinguished by a unique sensitivity for integrating noble materials, high-end furniture, and a philosophy focused on well-being and functionality in every space.

In addition to her multidisciplinary education — which ranges from carpentry to feng shui and landscaping — Victoria has been recognized with international awards such as the International Property Awards, BLT Awards, and Ruby Awards. Her work, always aligned with contemporary design, has played a key role in positioning Mexico on the global interior design map.

The XI Interior Design Merit Award ceremony will take place on August 13, 2025, during the official program of Expo Mueble Internacional Summer.
